Sometimes if they are exporting a product with which we don\u2019t have a lot of experience with or to a country less known by us, a Commercial Survey will be needed to identify potential business partners in that country. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once we have all that information potential partner lists are created. Careful follow-up is essential to determine whether these companies are genuinely interested in scheduling a meeting. Once we have identified serious potential partners interested in our client\u2019s offer, we can continue.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">One of the essential parts of a Trade Mission is the organization and planning of the Business Agenda. All confirmed meetings are organized in the Business Agenda, ensuring everything is arranged with a margin for any unexpected delays without affecting punctuality. This Business Agenda is sent to the client in advance, allowing them to plan their time efficiently.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To ensure that our client gets an optimal experience, we provide them with a key document containing valuable information to facilitate their travel planning. This document includes:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hotel recommendations: Advised accommodations near the location of the meetings.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Transportation details: Information about the most commonly used means of transport in the destination country.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Payment methods: Information about the most widely used payment options in the destination country.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With the previous steps now clear, how are Trade Missions conducted and what distinguishes Dynamic Brands from other companies?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The export representative of the interested company will travel to the destination country to attend the meetings scheduled in the Business Agenda. Dynamic Brands offers additional support to the client by accompanying them in person during the mission and offering post-mission support in certain countries.
